Outstanding customer service! Had a query re my product id had a month. Messaged Kate who promptly passed my query to Kevin. I really just expected a quick email but Kevin actually rang me & went through everything with me in great detail. he went above and beyond and it wasn’t even a sales call, there was no reward for him to be so helpful and informative and I even gave me extra hints and tips. I wasn’t even expecting. I was absolutely blown away. It’s very rare that you get such genuine good customer service from start to finish.

And the product is amazing as well, but the customer service massively outweigh the product.

Having worked with Scent Air on two different hotel projects, they have been amazing in the range of different scents they can offer. On my recent project, they have created a signature scent which has received rave reviews from our guests.
Their service is absolutely amazing and they are a pleasure to work with. A special mention to Katie Welford, who leads from the front and is incredibly supportive.

Very poor quality of air freshener. Could not get a satisfactory response to our problems as the product does meet even the minimum level of quality. Poor product and poor customer service. Please do not use this company, you will regret it.
