I am astounded and shocked by other peoples reviews. This Hotel is awesome. The room was very comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly, i extended my 3 day intended stay to a week and a half. And was reluctant to leave, its that good.|Food is exemplary in my opinion, well presented, and well proportioned. I cannot really find anything negative to say about my stay. |The picture shown is the view from the hotel so only the outside garden is in view, but the view is amazing towards the sea.|I honestly have never felt so welcome in a hotel.

We arrived today. Staff very friendly from the start.. We were going to eat in the restaurant but had some bad news. We asked for room service and they brought our food to the room. They could not be more obliging and helpful. We are so grateful. Went the extra mile.A massive THANK YOU.Lynne and John.

Unfortunately the access into the room with a wheelchair was a challenge, that was the only downside, the location and views, awesome, the staff, couldn't have been more helpful. Even with the limited access into the rooms would definitely stay there again.

The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help. The food is great and reasonably priced as are the drinks. Yes the hotel is dated but that is part of its charm. We stayed for 2 nights between Xmas and New Year and brought the dog. We enjoyed it that much we are looking to do the same next year.

We only came over for lunch, I ordered special meal for Pizza with fries & garlic dip for ÂŁ14.50.

It’s turns out to be uncooked frozen pizza with cold mozzarella on top. Fries was also cooked from frozen. Nicest thing about it is the garlic sauce. My girlfriend had Steak & Ale pie, which comes out as cold vegetables & tasteless pie. I wouldn’t recommend to come here as the food are overpriced and poorly made.

Uncomfortable experience in the bar, was enjoying a drink to myself and overheard some customers and the bar manager making remarks. This created an uncomfortable feeling especially being alone. I certainly wouldn’t want to visit again any time soon based on this.
