Silvertoad helped us through their printing service to get merchandise for the charity I work for. We ordered pens, roller banners, tablecloths, stress balls, tote bags and trolley coins. Having been approached by Tony at Silvertoad with regards to my existing website with some ideas on how to update and improve this, I agreed to have a chat. From the first meeting with Tony I was impressed and confident that Silvertoad were right to re-develop my website for me. We hired Silvertoad to completely re-do our website which we had built ourselves using a template. It was very out of date and not in keeping with current requirements. I have never worked with a web design company before so had no idea of costs or processes. Miles explained everything clearly and upfront with no hidden fees. We also got a little charity discount. Therefore the website was affordable. We provided all content and photos and liaised with Miles and the team on the design following our branding guidelines. They were very patient as it took me a long time to get all the content and I required a lot of changes over the course of the project because this was quite a radical transformation rather than a few tweaks. We are happy with the design and how it is responsive on mobiles, tablets and desktops. The back end seems reasonably easy to maintain ourselves (although prior wordpress experience helps), but I know I can always get back in touch with any questions, which I am sure there may be some as I get used to maintaining it myself 🙂 ~ Annika
