Emailed as my printers had closed down, I got a response within 10 mins. Spoke about what I needed printing and it was invoiced and all finished within 48 hours. Great service and fast turnaround around, I certainly won’t be going anywhere else. Lovely people and welcoming service xxxxx

Wrong paper used.

Paper damaged down the folds.

Run of different colour ink on every page (red dots when the printing was done in blue).

Overhang of the centre pages so visible when the booklet was closed.

I emailed the business about the issues and no response. I made clear it was too late to make a change - I wasn’t looking for a refund but some kind of acknowledgment would have been good.

Maybe worth checking around as the prices here are high but I expected to get what I paid for - didn’t happen. I wouldn’t recommend this business at all. Go online, at least you get what you pay for.
