I received fantastic customer service today in the Swindon store.. I was trying to print off a picture from my phone sadly I couldn't do it.. ( sorry I didn't get his name ) the gentleman came over and helped me. Spent while getting the image to print off. putting the print into the frame for me.. the image is very important to me!! Thank you ur truly amazing!! Definitely recommend Swindon store

Very helpful staff
We needed something printed, and they explained how to do it.
Not cheap at £1 for one page, but as it was an important document necessary.
They also scanned it for me and sent it back by email, making it easier for me to forward.
The first time we had been in the store and it was good to see what products they offer.

Me and my friends had applied for a france visa and we needed the latest photos. We went to "Snappy Snap" because that was only and nearest to us. Unfortunately that was my last visit to the shop...!!
We reached there before 20 minutes and asked staff for the photos and informed them that we need this photos for VISA Application purposes and they said yes we know the recommendation and took our photos.
When after 2 days we gave the photos to VISA APPOINTMENT CENTER they said this photos will not be accepted because they are not according to the requirements and we had to pay DOUBLE the amount than we paid to snappy snap.
You guys can get the good photos from "photo-me" they are better, cheaper, good quality photos and you will get 5 photos.

Terrible service lazy staff...poor attitude...please take note. They have the technology but unfortunately the staff are not experienced to deal with it or with people...if the staff are change to a more a professional approach it would attract more customers.

It is very bed service. Quality of the copies isn't the best. i am not happy for this service. i need a emergency click photos then i gone snappy snaps and that photos is not allowed me. i pay extra pay to another sides.
