Absolutely shocking service.

I’ve had a parcel missing for 2 weeks because the guys here have inputted the address on the label wrong, even though it’s correct on the front of the parcel. I now am out of pocket and out of my goods, no one will take responsibility, no one wants to put any effort in to help me and are now ignoring my calls, even though they’ve asked me to call today to try and resolve issues.
