Amazing repair shop! I have had my ipads fixed by Liam. They always come back in fully working order and clean. He has also sourced and replaced the battery inside of my mobile, too, that gave it extra longevity. The charing issue I was having with it was due to some lint and debris from my pocket accumulating inside the charging port, who knew, Liam knew and fixed it for me then and there with no cost. I'd recommend Sorted IT to anyone needing work or advice.

Fantastic service! Took my laptop in which had stopped working, in a bit of a panic due to university deadlines and it was sorted there and then for me! While I don't understand tech, the problem was explained to me in a way I could understand, to try and prevent it happening again. Very friendly and professional service. Extremely reasonably priced.. over the moon with my experience.

Top class service from a Top class guy!

I travelled from Bute to Ayrshire and I'll continue to do it each time I need a phone repair or IT consultation. I believed I needed a replacement USB-C port and liam ordered the part.

He discovered that there was debris stuck deep in the port and all it needed was a clean. Other services I've used in the past would have just conned me out of money and charged me for the replacement but not Liam.

He cleaned inside the port, used protective coatings to clean the phone up and fitted a screen protector.

If you're looking for a serive you can trust for all things IT, Liam will sort it

Took my daughters phone to Liam at Sorted as she obliterated the screen. Not your usual Samsung or Iphone so it was quite obscure but no worries he had it fixed up and working like it just came out the box. A few wee problems due to the manufacturer but nothing was a problem to Liam. Honesty and great customer service unlike most places in Kilmarnock which will charge an arm and a leg for a cheap and nasty "repair"

If anyone is looking for a place to get their tech fixed then Sorted is the place to go.

Got my S21 ultra repaired to an exceptionally high standard. Service very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Definitely returning for a screen protector which can be made in this shop.
