Stay far away from this one man show. I had my vehicle installed. Everything was fine, until I had problems with the immobiliser. The equipment is still under guarantee so I called SRS. I called a least 30 times, no one answers the phone, no one calls you back. Once they take your money that's it. I've had to call out another company to disarm my Ghost II system. £600 down the drain. Like most online companies once you've handed over your money they themselves turn into 'ghosts'. Pun intended. I will be contacting the Ombudsman to bitterly complain.

STAY AWAY - We got them to install the ghost which was installed by Sean. it worked for a week and then it FRIED my auxillery battery. The car wouldn't start and after multiple calls, they sent an engineer a few days later to change the wiring. It seems that Sean had incorrectly connected the wiring. Now it's been a month since this took place and Sean and team are not even answering my calls. The battery needs to be replaced and the car reset which is going to cost me a lot of money. Sean drops messages saying he will sort it soon but never comes back. Appalling service.

I will be going through consumer rights to claim my money back.
