My shopping experience was great. Unfortunately, due to mobility issues, my visits to 4 shops and a restaurant took just over 3 hours resulting in a £60 fine. I've a blue badge and was parked in 3 separate disabled bays over my visit. What a disgraceful policy to have. You can't get kudos from providing disabled bays to assist people that have difficulty shopping and then fine them because it takes them longer. In my opinion, that's discrimination.

Be careful of the parking it’s changed to only 3 hours and they use ANPR on the site and will automatically ticket you. The parking notices are plenty but really aren’t that noticeable so it’s quite possible to miss them.

Good variety of shops.Had coffee and cake in Stanley's cafe in barker Stonehouse.Always a few bargains in Matalan and tk max.Three hours free parking.Mcdonalds if u feel chippy! Enjoyable morning for me.

Not enough time to shop with parking restrictions, I love to spend at least 2 hours in homesense alone 🤣 so I've had to run back to car sometimes to get out of carpark before a fine if longer was provided definitely make more profit as a retail park.

I always stop here when on long drives and it's just perfect, really easy to get to and park at even during busy times and the Costa in Next is just perfect
