Don't park here, worth a visit if you park elsewhere. Once in you'll never get out ? awful designed car park. One entry and exit, madness. All the shops' staff complain about it. Took 2+ hours to leave it tonight (because the A12 northbound was stuffed and traffic backed up to the park's entrance.

Great range of shots here, only knocking a star off as the parking is absolutely horrendous. The system is bad and there are not enough spaces. I don't think they expected this to be so incredibly popular.

Shops are excellent but O please will they sort out the entrance/ exit for the carpark can take 30mins to get out

Good variety of shops, large car park & close to other retail parks too.
On the down side, the car park layout isn't great & you often find yourself queuing trying to get out

Parking lot is an absolute nightmare. Took us an hour to get out with traffic being bumper to bumper the whole way. Guess we are 'Stane' away from there for a while. Not worth the agro in going

Always reliably tasty and consistent Greggs value. Most items are available when we visit ( usually about 1.30 ) although we find some things have sold out by then.
General cleanliness is a bit iffy. I haven't seen staff wiping tables over very regularly. I have often found the toilet to be below expectations in terms of being kept thoroughly clean. I have had to report it to staff on a couple of occasions, which is a big disappointment and quite honestly off putting. This is something that could and should be remedied- perhaps lack of staff is the problem?

The entrance and exit is the most shameful design known to man. Who ever thought this was a great design needs to go back to school.
Writing this review whilst trying to get out, been stationary for over 20 minutes, what does that say about the environment! Totally unacceptable.
