Lovely product. But paid for fixing kit tried to contact them twice no reply. Why charge a customer and not provide what they have paid for. I find not replying to be very rude

Ordered some brackets, my oder didn't arrive, so I phoned them up, they told me they couldn't fulfil my order as there was a problem with the machine.
I asked for a refund, I'm still waiting for it, I have had to open a case with PayPal

Perhaps if things go right Steel Images are fine. But if they go wrong don't expect any sort of after sales service. They sent the right house sign but with the wrong address. We were told to have it ready for collection by UPS. They failed to appear. We were told they would telephone to sort this out. They didn't. Now 3 weeks later they are shut down for the Festive season while we await our son and daughter-in-law's correct Christmas present!!! Incorrect one still to be collected!
