I recently sent my lighter to Stone Marketing for a service and repair, the service I received from them was nothing short of first class. I required my lighted back prior to travelling on my Summer holiday and despite the shorter than normal window and some delays Jane kept in regular contact and turned to service around in time. Very impressed and highly recommend.

I bought a Caran d'Ache fountain pen (Varius Ivanhoe) at Dubai airport in 2003. A few months ago I dropped the cap which dislodged something inside which meant it no longer closed smoothly (but still worked just fine). Caran d'Ache advised me to speak with Stone and I sent the pen over for assessment. It went back to Geneva to be repaired. They came back with an offer to replace the cap + the barrel for a reasonable cost (compared to the value of a new pen). When it did come back they had in fact given me a new pen. Excellent handling by Jane at Stone and great service from Caran d'Ache. I doubt Stone made much (any?) money from me but I'm so grateful for their help. As they say - buy once, buy well.

On Monday 24th March, I bought a Rollerball Pen from Stone Marketing Ltd ( via an eBay auction ). As an approved agent of "Caran d'Ache" ( High end Pen Makers ), they were selling a rare ( limited edition ) and extremely beautiful Pen from this Maker. I had done a fair amount of research on this Pen and was amazed that they had listed it 3 times, on eBay, receiving no Bids on each occasion. On this 3rd occasion, I watched and waited and again no Bids were forthcoming; I bid the starting Bid at the end of the auction and Won the Pen. I should mention, that each time Stone Marketing had listed the Pen; they had dropped the price, until it had reached what I regarded as a ridiculously low price. At the top estimate, I bought it at £1,750 below the top listed price and £1,100 below the lowest price I could find it advertised at anywhere. For £4.99 Postage, Stone Marketing had it delivered to My Home the very next Day ( by private Courier ) and even Emailed Me that Morning; to give Me a 1 Hour Window when it would be delivered...........sure enough it arrived right in the middle of the 1 Hour Window. Trust Me, the Pen is a real Gem ( looks like a £2,250 Pen ) and Stone Marketing are one of the best, most efficient outfits I have dealt with in My Life.
