Phoned the Kirkwall office to ask if a home pick-up was possible for an urgent returns item. I was told that it would not be a problem and that the item would be collected either that afternoon or the next morning. As it turned out the item was collected within the hour! Very impressed by the service I received and a well-deserved 5 stars!

I had an excellent experience with Streamline. I had 2 very large, very heavy (1500 kg and 700 kg respectively) somewhat delicate items that needed to be shipped overseas, with 2 different pick up locations. Streamline provided the cheapest quote I could find, and arranged it so both items arrived in the same delivery vehicle. Both Will and Denise at this company really went the extra mile to organize my delivery. When a slight hitch arose with their sister company in Portugal, it was remedied immediately with a high level of professionalism. Many thanks, Streamline. I would definitely use them again.
