We are still waiting for the £1000 refund we were told we would receive after Street PR failed to deliver on its promises. It would be nice to receive a response! I've had to edit my review to respond to the owner. For clarification, we paid for stickers to be placed on pavements. After reviewing the stickers that were put down, we weren't happy with the job that had been done as they weren't visible. We informed Street PR, who didn't try to come up
with a solution and instead removed all the stickers out of spite. We paid for them to be on the street for 2 weeks, and they were present for 3 days.

4 staff over 3 days were hired to help promote a Sky Bet competition at the Ebor Festival at York Racecourse. Street PR were able to create branded t-shirts for staff along with 7500 leaflets to handout. The main aim for the staff was to help with sign ups to Sky Bet (using tablets provided by Street PR) and push opt-ins for the competition.

We first contacted the team around 5 weeks prior to the campaign and right away we had a quote and a rough plan of what was going to happen. The team, Dorian and Shamilah, were fantastic with assisting us with getting everything over the line in time for the first day of the festival (21st August).

Overall, a very positive experience with Street PR and would recommend their professional, friendly and attentive attitude to anyone who requires assistance in an event.

We had a great experience with StreetPR, Amelia was very helpfull and we managed to get a last minute support. Altough the task was not a standard one, they understood perfectly immediately and within an hour or so we had a digitally signed contract with all details necessary and the invoice so the order confirmation went very smoothly. I recommend.

Would not recommend.

Service was amazing until the campaign was delivered.
We used Street PR for two separate campaigns within the space of 4 weeks. Totaling to 41,000 flyers.
The customer service was excellent, until the campaign was supposedly ‘delivered’.
Our first campaign included GPS tracking. However, the second campaign did not include ‘GPS’ as they told us they did not have time to do this within our time frame, after they originally agreed to being able to do GPS again.

We have employees and a lot of account holders who fall within these postcodes for the campaign and none of which received our flyers.
We have gone back to the company about this, but they have unfortunately decided to pass blame back on to us, as a Business. They use a third company to actually deliver these items. When raising our concerns with them they said they ‘just take their word for it’ which is disgusting and disappointing when paying over £3,000 for both campaigns.
They are refusing to take any ownership for this and are saying they have followed all procedures.
Very disappointing and would not recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I had a terrible experience with this company. They promised 30 to 40 sales a day, but we ended up with none. Their staff arrived an hour late, refused to wear the promotional t-shirts or hold the flags, and spent most of the time smoking with their hoods up. They didn’t even hand out the flyers as they were supposed to.

When my team went to check on them at the train station where they were supposed to be stationed, the staff were nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, they left an hour early despite being instructed to stay. They claimed to have gathered 25 leads, but we never received any.

When we raised our concerns with the company, they dismissed our complaints, refused us a refund and treated us as though we were lying, even after we provided photos and videos as evidence the just ignored my emails. This company is not trustworthy, and I strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere. It was a complete waste of time and resources.
