I received assistance at home form Rufus Chapman of Tabard.
First visit was to deal with an issue in my 12 YO lap top. This was solved but decided to replace .New lap top and printer purchased by Tabard and set up and then with tutorial on second home visit .
Third and final home visit was to complete the transfer of software, folders , contacts and emails from old computer to new .

Having essentially a Personal IT department to support me is outstanding.

Mac computer wouldn't load. Rufus very promptly came and after initial analysis, took the computer away further analyse the problem, fixed it and returned it next day. I have used the firm on several occasions with satisfaction every time
