Yesterday, I ordered a personal dog-tag to carry my emergency information. I received a confirmation within seconds and, today, the owner of the company telephoned me to suggest that I switch to a 'MedicAlert' engraved tag for the same price, and was most polite and helpful. Ordered a new pet tag on Friday as my lunatic pointer pup that races through everything full steam ahead lost his while out chasing birds on Thursday, our new tag was with me the following Tuesday, you really can't ask for a better or quicker service. I went for the titanium steel in black, the tag feels sturdy and the print is clear and defined. I'm really happy with the quality of the product and speed in which Tagmakers were able to turn my order around and get it out to me. Thanks for a great service

Excellent service, spoke to them asking for advice for best tag for a dog who likes to swim in sea. Very helpful, and I am very pleased with the product, these are proper engraved tags, not the lightly scratched versions from Pets at Home or the laser etched (black text) tags that both fade or rub off. These are deep engraved, professionally made tags. Please avoid cheap tags with black text as they are essentially "printed on" and will come off very easily.

Called Tagmakers (Graham) for some numbered disks and advice, as I was refurbishing a vertical sun dial.
I couldn't believe how helpful they were, and they ended up sending me the required engraved disks and a small in-fill kit with full instructions. So many thanks.

Great product but above all first class customer service . Tagmakers go the extra mile to provide a Customer First level of service that is often hard to find .if you need the products they sell , I do not think you will be disappointed
