We ordered some customised whisky glass sets for our wedding. Teals Prairie went out of their way to create a special wedding monogram for us. The results were phenomenal and went down well with our guests. Would recommend them highly to anyone looking for gifts for special events.

Absolutely shocking experience.

I contacted customer service before placing the order making it clear this was a wedding gift needed before a certain date. I was the best man and had already been let down for a similar gift by someone else so i wanted to be sure i’d receive this in time.
I was guaranteed it would arrive if i paid the extra for expedited delivery which is next day (another £8).
The item didn't arrive in time, not only that the company wasn’t contactable the day before nor the morning of the wedding I attempted both phone and email as this was all that was available online. The only solution offered (once they replied after the wedding date) was a refund once the missing item was returned to them. No refund of the extra delivery charge that is clearly a scam and no solution offered if the item never arrived.

The item did arrive 2 days later, 5 days after apparent posting with next day tracked delivery. The item is of okay quality, the item was advertised leather but it feels more like faux leather, the item itself is of “okay” standard.

I gave the gift late, the groom understood it was out of my control and saw the lighter side of it.

I advise you use a different company for your engraving needs, i will be in the future.

What a fantastic company! Outstanding service offering products of the highest quality. I needed a personalized yet unusual culinary gift for my wife. After browsing their extensive range of products, I chose the Chef's recipe cards which were housed in a beautifully made wooden box. My wife was ecstatic! I Bought a few motorcycle keychains for my club and they were beautifully crafted. I am over the moon with these presents. Fab quality and excellent value. The keyring is heavier than I expected which is a good thing. Loved the wooden boxes they came in. Would recommend 👍
