The Constitutional Club in Herne Bay is hands down the best place for snooker in the area. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the tables are top-notch, offering a level of privacy you won’t find elsewhere. Each table is in its own area—almost like having an entire room to yourself—so you can fully focus on your game without any interruptions. It’s not your typical snooker hall setup, and that’s exactly what makes it stand out. You can even choose to play either upstairs or downstairs, adding to the unique experience.

Barry and Stella are absolutely wonderful hosts. Their warm, welcoming nature truly makes the club worth visiting. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, they go out of their way to guide you through everything, including how to join the club—none of that awkwardness you sometimes get at other places.

If you’re a serious snooker player within an hour’s drive, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s leagues above any other club I’ve been to. They host competitions, sweepstakes, and even snooker nights with the pros. But even if you’re not into snooker, they’ve got the best pool table in the area, and the pool nights on Wednesdays are a blast.

Lovely social club to chill and relax. 4 full size snooker tables, pool table, darts, Herne Bays hidden gem dating back to 1922. Love the place.
