Fantastic stay. 14 of us stayed in 7 rooms, every room was decorated to a high standard. Breakfast catered for our two celliac family members. Great lounge that we used every evening for family time together. Owner Sam was always on hand along with his staff making sure we had everything we needed.

I’ve stayed at The Crossing multiple times and it has been absolutely fantastic every time! The rooms are very stylishly decorated and the beds are very comfortable - a great nights sleep. We loved the extra freebies too like the hot chocolate and homemade cookies that were in the room when we arrived. Breakfast is excellent and I have to give a huge thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our groups needs. We will be staying at The Crossing again and would recommend it to anyone!

Parking and self check-in were really easy, exactly like the instructions listed. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic!
The walls are definitely very thin and we could hear conversations across the hall but all noise died down at 9pm (listed quiet hours), making for a good night's sleep.

Exceptional B&B in a lovely part of Kingussie (central next to train station and a small park). The rooms have recently been refurbished to a very high standard with modern, stylish functional features. Pre-ordered breakfasts are excellent with a wide choice. Proprietors and staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and meet any specific requirements. Very good value as well.

We used The Crossing for an intimate celebratory lunch reception. The quality of service provided by Sam and the team was exemplary from start to finish . All planning was extremely straightforward thanks to Rebecca whose communication skills and attention to detail are excellent. On the day, the warm welcome and the professional service provided by Louise and her team was an absolute delight. The food was exceptionally good - of the highest standard, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by everyone. In summary, a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable occasion for us and our guests.

Gold star review for this hotel.|I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with friends!|The stylish, modern interior and comfy beds made it feel like home. The attentive staff and delicious breakfast were highlights. It's conveniently located near shops and restaurants, with Kingussie station next door, making it great for those without a car although we arrived by car and their private car park was easy to park in with ample space. Whilst The Crossing is located next to the station, I didn't notice any traffic noise and I am used to silence of the countryside.|I'm already planning my next stay here. Highly recommend, thank you Sam and the team for a warm welcome.

My stay at The Crossing was absolutely wonderful. Sam was incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special mention for the complimentary cookies, they were so delicious that we asked for more and Sam were kindly baked fresh ones for us! The room was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of and the ambience was both cozy and luxurious. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

A modern refit has this luxurious accommodation offering comfortable rooms with en suite and really nice breakfast from continental to fully cooked. Its location is perfect. Right next to the town centre and a 1 minute walk from the railway station. Trains are the mainline from Edinburgh and Glasgow to Inverness and Aviemore.
