Appalling lack of response to our enquiry for a direct mail campaign. After 3 days of waiting for a response even after chasing them up twice still haven't received a return call.

Based on this unfortunately, cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Abysmal. Once again I am leaving this Glowing Review for the Satisfaction I have received. . . (Not.) Sent in a box of envelopes to be mailed, weeks of no response. Put up a Review of how I felt then a response promising the order. Weeks now past and here I am again telling everyone what an Abysmal Service i have received. I would say very very incompetent. I will go out of my way to get my property back, even a drive to their office or offices until my belongings are back in my rightful possession. No further chances will be given, just give me my rightfully owned property back. . . Good luck offering an appalling Service. . .

I’ve never been more disappointed with a company. Two months after sending just over 150 letters with them, 100 people have not received their packages and the customer service has been the worse I have ever encountered. Different members of my team have called and emailed to try and get an answer on what has happened, but no one replies.

Because of this company we have broken promises to our clients and our students and wasted thousands of pounds on printed materials. I would highly recommend not using this company.

Quick turnaround from start to finish. We had 5,000 addressed mail printed and delivered to our customers and they had all received one that same week! Great service and will be using again!

We used them to send out an important piece of mail, however it did not arrive with the recipients until almost two months later. Despite numerous calls they will not respond to our compliant 'Myles' is never in apparently.

Currently not doing orders under 500 at a time. NOT on their website. So made a complaint then Miles replied saying i was trying to force him into it. Clearly dirty business attitude here making such accusations. Need to make it clear on their website and improve their attitude. Will be making mailings of 1500 a month but will use those who were there for me when I needed them. Dont use!
