We moved to the Fulfilment Hubb around 12 months ago, after working for a few years with a different fulfilment company, and I'm so glad we made the switch!
The system is really well integrated and easy to navigate, and Dean and the team are great on communication and very quick to respond and pick up queries for my subscription box.

I have been with The Fulfilment Hub for a few months now and cannot recommend them enough! The whole process has been stress free with great communication. I sell gift boxes so the packaging and attention to detail is really important, and the team have been great, listening to my instructions and really taking care with every single order.

As a small business I need my customers to feel like they are getting their orders from a real person, with hand written gift notes and small details that other fulfilment centres just don't prioritise. Moving my stuff into the Fulfilment Hub has ticked all the boxes for me, I trust them to take just as much care (probably more 😂) when packing my orders and they are always there to help with customer service queries or how we can get new products put together. I have always been a little tentative of venturing into the world of fulfilment but after my experience with The Fulfilment Hub I wish I’d made the move sooner! All my requirements such as my specific way of packing orders and needing hand written gift notes were met with a resounding ‘yes we can do that’, which was perfect. Any questions or queries I had (no matter how silly I thought they were) were answered so quickly, helpfully with no judgement. The build up to handing over and the hand over itself was so in depth and organised it made it much less stressful than I was anticipating. Communication now I’m up and running is amazing and someone is always there to answer any questions and help. I couldn’t recommend The Fulfilment Hub more. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
