I met Dmitrijs from Demo Consultancy in June of 2022. I saw a young entrepreneur with vigor and maturity that I decided to allow him to take the reigns of YANA Vintage Clothing and guide me within the harsh and ever growing world of online marketing. Nearly 4 months later my company has grown from strength to strength and this has been due to Dmitrijs. Dmitrijs is 17. In full time studies, an active member of the youth Parliament and who has a new business that he has shown dedication and the willingness to stop at nothing to provide one of the best professional services I have ever known. I understand that as a young man of 17 he will meet those who know better or think that they know better. Dmitrijs will find that there will be hurdles placed before him but if he continues down his chosen path he will outshine all those who try to block him. I originally gave a 5* review as I was trying to help him but after the last few months and the issues I've had with cancelling I ]'ve sadly have had to change it!
This person does not honour verbal agreements, he does not explain the terms of his contracts and is not an honourable person to do business with! We verbally agreed ( I have witnesses) two posts a week on FB and Instagram on both my pages One2one Eyewear and CJM Eyewear, clearly this was not done and there was a month at the beginning in May when there were virtually no posts! After complaining it improved in June but through the summer it declined again...exams, holidays and his youth MP work and his other business interests took priority!! ( he denies this) When I tried to cancel giving 30 days notice he pointed to a clause that said even with 30 days notice I would still have to pay a months fee at the point the contract ended (my fault for signing but I didn't grasp the significance of this clause).The contract also had no end date so there is no way of getting out of it without paying!!! He also cleverly didn't put in it what we had agreed about the number of posts. Beware of dealing with this young man...I thought I was giving him a chance to get his business going but got ripped off for the trouble.
