We were looking to create a video that would help personalise our local business. When we asked around then Ian's name was the one that was recommended to us most often.

We had been looking on Fiverr, PeoplePerHour and the like and although cheap they were all using templates etc. We didn't want this and we didn't have the time or the experience to do it ourselves.

Ian offered to create a bespoke video and we knew the price would be a factor. I will be honest when I first opened the quote I caught my breath as it was a bit more than I expected.

However, Ian explained what he was going to do and we decided to take the plunge and we are so glad we did.

If I had to name one thing that really impressed me. Then it was Ian's friendly and professional approach. He held our hand through the whole process, taking what would have been a daunting task and turning it into one that was pleasurable.

He also had lots of great ideas about what to say in the video, how to come across more relaxed and natural and say what we wanted to say in a concise but friendly way.

I would happily recommend Ian to others. He delivered on every promise he made.

We have asked a few our customers what they thought about the video and they all said they liked it. They said it helped them know us a bit better. I can't say how much that influenced the final decision but I am very sure that it helped
