Very clean, spacious shopping centre, helpful staff at customers services and security staff are in the background , There are plenty of seats inside to sit down at whilst shopping , There is a new car parking system that works alot better without using a ticket, Some will say the opposite however I think it has much approved the car parking system with APNR recognition, There are you free days on Thursdays between certain days , There is a good atmosphere, good lifts , some out of action lifts.
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much heating available in the shopping centre and generally is quite cold particularly this time of year.Wrap up warm 🧤🧣
Themed ideas are in the centre and wildlife interests 😁
Update:
For blue badge holders, blue badge drivers NOW have to pay (22/11/23) , No discounts are available, only on selected days within the car park

In recent months , the Council has improved pressure washing the pavement slabs in parts of Hemel Hempstead near Marlowes Shopping Centre, which looks better.

Very nice place to shop. All Areas are clean and rubbish free. Lots of shops. Haven't been to Hemel for a very long time, well improved. Well impressed.

Not a lot to do other than buy cards a few clothes shops and 3 beauty shops. Most units are empty shopping centre is crap. Better off avoiding and shopping outside

Not the best shopping centre you’ll visit.
A bit sad and the shops are meh but there’s nothing explicitly wrong with it.
Same can be said about the whole of Hemel Hampstead.

Great place. Their market day on the street is great. Always a typical setting that reminds us of the victorian settings - culture and people. Marlowes welcomes everyone. Great community. Given another opportunity to live at Marlowes, I'll have no hesitation. I recommend this shopping centre, high street and community space to you out there.

I found myself in abit of a fuss whilst out with my toddler this afternoon but the lady on the help desk, Kerry hoar, helped me straightaway with parcel locker troubles when she really didn’t have to. She instantly uplifted my day! Great customer service.

Sad, neglected by shoppers and owners alike.
I saw a security guy walking at high speed, head down, scanning little dots on the wall to show the system he had done the rounds, while hooded yoofs roam noisily and feral children scream and jump all over the place.
Lots of independent shops in there. Not good ones. Vape and second hand phone shops, temporary Christmas shop, that kind of thing. BandM is the highlight.
