Had an incredible experience rebranding our business and then having the website redesigned with Alex at The Raff Creative. She took the business strategy I gave her and PERFECTLY visualised it, showing me a visual identity that I hadn't thought I wanted until I saw it. I loved that she challenged me to be bolder and to think bigger; to think more about what was right for the business than my personal preferences and to separate myself as the business owner from the business. What we ended up with I'm dead proud of. I can't recommend The Raff Creative enough!

My experience of the Raff Creative has been fantastic. Firstly, Alex took my business ideas and made them a reality with an excellent brand exploration and strategy, giving my business an identity I am really proud of! Onto designing an amazing and easy to use branding tool kit which I now use every day for all my social posts, documents I use with my clients and any other communications. I have had so many compliments on how amazing and cohesive - and very ME it all looks!

Alex then designed my website which is better than all my expectations. I felt like this was a total collaboration and after she guides you through each section with a helping hand, leaving you with the knowledge so you can update it yourself after, which is great.

She has an amazing way of guiding and teaching you through the whole experience and I would highly recommend for anyone starting out!

Working with Alex was one of the best business decisions I've made recently. Having got myself really stuck with what to post on social media, when to do it, what colours/fonts to use etc I had got myself into a stressful mess!

Alex made it so easy to get all the trillion things whirling around in my brain into a structured strategy and helped me make sense of not only what I was trying to achieve with social media, but more importantly how to actually use my branding to full advantage. I never usually write reviews but I can’t thank Alex enough for the work she did on my website. I thought I knew everything that was required (in my head) and just needed someone to put it all together. How I was wrong! Alex took the elements I had and incorporated them a format that was far beyond my ability. The whole process was so straightforward from initial meeting and constant updates/consultation throughout making the whole process easy. This was especially important as it’s difficult to allow someone else to visual my business but Alex has gone far beyond what I imagined. The end result is a visually brilliant website that is easy navigate through and portrays the image of my business. Just what I wanted!
