No email for online order. Staff then went into, "beyond my job description" mode. One then had the spark of initiative to call someone else with a few more brains cells firing. Sorted out but the system should work better.
Was 2* now 1* as their online customer support is as bad as their online ordering.

Lack of Clearly displayed Pricing,
Odd Till layout & Shelf made Barriers that quite frankly look a mess. I used to love the range, although there prices have remained competitive, its tight squeeze around the isles. Branded food and drinks are more expensive than the supermarkets. There Saving Grace? Great Staff. Lovely & helpful. The Range gets a 1 Star - Due to the lack of Pricing on hundreds of items so if you are on a tight budget avoid at all costs as you cannot work within one.

Wonderful staff!
The range has recently become dog friendly and I can't thank them enough! I have popped in to this store recently with my dog after a walk for so many things I would have just bought online somewhere else.

The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. They are clearly under a lot of pressure with Christmas stock change over but they are all friendly and happy to assist. Brilliant store and an asset to the brand. The carpark is easy and there are plenty of spaces to go around. Brilliant store and fantastic shop in general. Me and my rescue dog love our visits!

Good shop with good prices and range of products. Some items are a bit cheap and poor quality and staff members are often amateur and not very helpful

Andover - I find there is often missing prices or incorrect prices on items and Miss leading sale information on the shelf’s.

The Manager completely agreed with this and should have charged me the price the SEL was showing but didn’t so instead was rude and rightly removed the items then when I went back in was all back on again!. In my eyes a customer should leave happy and not be spoken to like dirt.
