I was very happy when this shop opened, but I have continuous issue with the pricing since the items are not on the right shelves or their price does not show at all. Then I a have surprise when I need to pay and we have the same (useless) conversation over and over again. Can you please price the items properly?

I'm never gonna have any money if I keep visiting this store. Halloween stuff is good. Haven't unpacked all of upstairs yet. Think they should've delayed opening until full store was ready. Lift was out of order and people were stuck on first floor with trolleys

Went online to see if an item was in stock was told it was so I chose click and collect to make it easier and quicker still not received email to collect online chat doesn't help can only write a letter to complain

Nice store, not as big as the Range in Newport. The only thing that let it down was there is no cafe here.

Ordered and payed for picture frames online 26 dec, informed items were in stock and order was being processed and to wait for confirmation email to collect from store, still waiting on 30 dec, called in store on 28 dec was told to wait for confirmation email, not organised and very slow.

Poor customer service. Two times I’ve visited and asked for help once was with a garden furniture set, and yesterday when I asked for some advice on the gas bbqs, to be told “whats out is out” to look for myself.

Honestly thought this was a good idea for this store to come to town ..... but OMG organised chaos as soon as you walk through the door all the days delivery stock in the aisles blocking access and not enough staff
