prices are always wrong and the labels are just false advertising. staff just always rude and look fed up when serving you. refused to sell me an item that was clearly labelled at 7.99 because the till said 9.99. by law you are to sell it at the cheapest price displayed so i think you should have a word with your colleagues and about the way they talk to customers full stop.

Easy layout to navigate. Good Prices. Lots available. Shop a little shabby and there is always a section of reduced toys but they never have prices on so hard to know and frustrating to keep taking them to the till to ask.

Useful store. Access is easy, and parking is plentiful. Prices on goods very from being very good to a bit expensive on some things, so it's best to shop around first .
Inside, the store is a bit cramped in some areas, and when re stocking is taking place, some aisles are impassable, but overall, it's a pleasant enough shopping experience.

Run down building and car park detract from the great prices and ‘range’ of products stocked in this large superstore. Not many staff present and aisles are a little cramped but prices are good.

Dreadful place that lies about prices. Item clearly priced at 8.99 on display but charged at 9.99. When I raised this at store management level then online company customer service they hid behind the legal obligation to either sell it at the price at the till or withdraw the item from sale. There was zero appreciation of customer service. It's not like the item was put on the wrong shelf, as it was clearly priced on an overhead display at the lower price. The matter of a pound difference in price is neither here nor there but the total lack of any willingness to accept that a mistake had happened and then correct it is bewildering. I dread to think how many times this happens with higher priced items and The Range gets away with it.
