Worst customer service ever. Manager Ahmed useless we came to return damaged item bought online, website saying we can do it in the shop but when we came to shop he refused to do so, he advised us to do it online but when we contact them on WhatsApp they didn't even respond . I waste time and money to get here !!!!

I bought a unicorn, doll and carriage online together for £24, I discovered that the carriage lights up with batteries and the unicorn moves and pulls the carriage along with batteries too. I thought this was a beautiful toy, cheap and multi purpose. Very sweet and great for value for money. The range always have great toys and products at very good prices. Also the boxes are huge and there is a lot of quantity. Thank you!

I've often heard this place has everything, it does but it's a little bit of everything. If you're looking for a particular thing, the selection may not have a lot to choose from.
There were pallets everywhere so my disabled mum could not pass through some places.
A lot of the items do not have pricing on it and they're scattered throughout the place so it may be a challenge to find some things.
Overall it's okay but I don't think it's worth the hype.
There was nobody at the tills, when a lady came over she was lovely though.
The receipt is barely legible so if we wanted to return something I feel it would be an issue.

Went there to look at some garden furniture and the young lady that helped us out was very helpful. And put our item to one side so we could come back with a bigger car.
When we came back one of the staff helped us load it into the car.

great store . very good customer service. great experience .This shop is pretty big, they have a range of household and garden items, groceries ,pet food and toys , cleaning stuff, wide range of decorating stuff . Friendly helpful staff and I always find whatever I need, prices are about average. Highly recommend

Wanted to buy Bistro set. Out of stock. Offered to buy display bistro set for full price. No. Store policy says not allowed. No wonder more and more people are ordering online and giving shops a miss. I wanted to buy something and couldn't? How stupid is that? Also, was ready to order one but was left standing at customer service for 15 mins until I finally gave in and went home. Terrible shop, terrible service!

Much nicer than the Maidenhead branch. Well stocked, tidy, clear of boxes, staff friendly, with the lady who served me remembering me from a phone call and making a point to say hello.

The staff in Maidenhead could learn a huge lesson from how well, efficient, this branch is run. They must be treated nicer in this branch, as the staff seemed far happier.

The manager needs replacing. Put Manjit in charge.
1. Wrong prices at epos, was being over charged by £20 per item of which I had 2
2. Was handed a receipt at the end of the transaction which was illegible
3. Asked for a reprint and was told it's too late
4. Asked for an email and told it's too late
5. Asked for a refund and to re-do the receipt - too late.

My question to the manager who was completely disinterested was what would I do with my local store if I needed a refund, to which he didn't bother looking at me and just said get that store to call us.

At which point I saw their phone off the hook, and had been there for the past 10 minutes. He then told me he's dealing with that query when all I could see was him trying to deal with new customers in the store and just work on cashing in as quickly as possible to help hit sales targets possibly.

I stood there for 15 more minutes and watched every poor customer being given illegible receipts, even after I had suggested they should offer the email option and tell the customers beforehand there's a problem with their printers. He then told me they can't do that due to GDPR.

Really is not suited to a managerial position I'm afraid, Manjit was the one who took it on her, was ever so polite, and told us to call the next day and she would find the barcode number which is all we would need.

She said she was very upset on the phone for the whole day and had been expecting our call and just wanted to ensure we were ok as customers.

A little goes a long way.
