A friendly Range store. Plenty of parking, agree with reviews that state it has narrower isles than other branches. I couldn't fault the customer service as staff were very helpful towards me. Central location and easy to find.

Good shop for competitive prices but some products are still more expensive than Amazon. The staff aren't easily available and don't always know where things are, have been told wrong information in the past. However there usually isn't a long wait for the till.

Went to go buy some stickers and got stared at the whole time and accused of stealing by workers? I just wanted some stickers for my scrap book and we asked why they were staring and they said we ‘put stuff in our pockets’ by some old lady with a sarcastic snarky tone who worked there, I’m genuinely pissed like what did we do? Getting harassed for how I look? 0/10 shopping experience. Don’t go there if you just want to buy some stickers.

Visited 2.4.25 and the service was abysmal. You could tell instantly when you walked in it was minimum wage minimum effort vibes. Staff looked like they'd been sucking lemons all day. The store was messy and navigating with a pram is hard enough without boxes being all over the shop floor. A staff member saw me walking to get somewhere with my pram and instead of giving me way or communicating she got in my way and deliberately walked in my path and never said excuse me or sorry. The said woman looked to be maybe a manager as she was walking around the store eratically with no mission.

Luckily this visit was short lived and I went to the Dunelm store instead where the shop was actually tidy and staff looked like they wanted to be there. I also didn't have any hostile encounters with staff members wanting to walk into the pram.

I went into store last week, they have no heating & it was cold, there was lots of choice.
A guy had taken a bathroom cabinet back & the guy behind the counter got a screwdriver & a pair of pliers & totally embarrassed the customer, the problem isn't the cabinet it was that he didn't know how to adjust it.

I Love The Range but our local store has broken heating and over the last few weeks it's absolutely FREEZING in there! All the staff are wearing hats, gloves and coats! It's uncomfortably cold and not a pleasant place to be, I feel sorry for the staff having to work like that.
