Pay & display on entry ( cash or card ) The shops here are ok but it's nothing like it used to be in the 80's.
The place is dropping to bits, cracks & exposed steel re-enforcement exposed everywhere !!!

The centre is freezing on every floor; what is going on in there? We had to ask the cafe to microwave our drinks as they went cold very quickly; we ended up leaving quick as it was too cold to walk round looking; won't be bothering going again if it doesn't sort it's self out!

Over the years I've tried to come to the Ridings to support the city and not send all of my money towards the trinity end of town. However the new parking system is completely woeful - it takes forever to try and pay and I've had cases whereby my payments have failed 5 times in a row. More recently I've been caught out by the system and subsequently had to pay a £60 fine for what was a 30 minute parking session. Absolutely awful and I won't be coming to the Ridings again - it shouldn't be hard for customers to park and pay.

Quite a large shopping centre. There is a Morisson shop, various clothes shops and small technical workshops for repairing phones. There are also shops for clothes, watches and jewellery. There are toilets on the ground floor. In short, a good place to find what you need and even at a discount.

Need to get your lift sorted out the small one at the side of Primark. Went into today as my daughter is in a wheelchair. It was totally disgusting. Smelt like a public toilet and the floor was absolutely filthy...ground in dirt in the corners. Not pleasant at all to be in. Sort it out...disgusting....

Impossible to find your way to your car because the signage is horrendous. I was looking for blue 2 but the signs in the shopping area send you to the roof (blue 5), and there are no lifts so its all steps. And you cant get to blue 2 from there so end up back in the shopping area again. Oh and theres green and red parking areas as well, but good luck finding them because I saw no signs for them either. I had to walk out of the pedestrian exit, go all the way around the shopping centre on the outside and enter where I drove the car in up the ramp by Morrisons. Also you cant enter at the lower entrance because the roof has fallen down, though people were coming out that way, but you cant get in because the doors locked. Only good thing was I found five pound coins on the pavement. but that was outside so I wont give the shopping centre any credit for that. I honestly felt like I was in some post apocalyptic video game by the end of my visit.

Nice play area for the kids, which is not staffed but underneath the stairs near to Morrisons.

Good paring spaces.

A little bit downtrodden from when I was younger but still a nice place to meetup and shop

It's such a bummer this place has gone to pot. It was awesome back in the early 90s, tons of shops and a great vibe, but now it's a ghost town—so quiet. If it wasn't for the cinema, M&S, and Morrisons, it might as well shut down.
