Never been before and was interested to see what the shopping centre was like. We were only shopping in one shop, M&S food, so it was quick in and out. Most shops units seemed to be open with different retailers, parking was great. Would definitely go again.

We visited the Rock Shopping Centre this Sunday looking for something particular and found it with ease. Not to busy with it being a Sunday but everywhere was clean and accessible. Need to visit again when the market is open.

Called in game, as I bought a ps4 from here few years ago. Got insurance for it and was paying it from buying it. Even though it had a year guarantee. Got stolen then insurance company said wasn't listed despite all the letters and guarantee, seen the owner of game, walk past me 20mins later after purchasing console as I was buying extra games in Argos, Called in jd sport's had a baby 0-3M tracksuit, all neck discoloured like been used on feeding a baby without a bid.

Bury has one of the best and biggest town centres for shopping and attractions. Much better than nearby Bolton and Rochdale which have declined badly. The excellent shopping centre has big high street shops, a cinema, a bowling alley and restaurants.

First time here and it looks amazing. Went into several places looking for a bite and a brew and to be perfectly honest - to use the loos. Two places told us their facilities were out-of-order which is ridiculous. Burger King came to the rescue and when the staff were told we were only looking to buy something so we could use their toilets - insisted we didn't buy a thing and used their facilities anyway. THAT'S customer service and will be rewarded by our continued loyalty and priority option for all future shopping trips regardless of location. Thanks to the staff at Burger King for coming to our rescue and being so lovely.
