I have been following this place on social media for a while and ordered online or had been gifted chocolate from here. I finally got a chance to see the cafe and its beautiful. I love the chocolate and the art behind it. Staff were understanding of my child playing in the shop but its not a child friendly shop unfortunately. There's no colouring or toys. There is baby changing facilities and there is a park opposite across the road. Lovely area and lovely calming environment.

I had a truly wonderful afternoon tea experience. The service was exceptional, with staff who were both attentive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. They also catered well for gluten-free diets, providing delicious alternatives that didn’t compromise on flavour. The selection of treats was wonderful, and each one was delicious. The atmosphere was calm and spacious, creating the perfect environment for a relaxing afternoon. Considering the quality of both the service and the food, it was definitely great value for the price. Delicious, quality, excellent service, friendly staff.

This really is a great place to come if you love chocolate, their selection is good and the quality is brilliant.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

The afternoon tea we had was the Easter one and was fantastic, had some champagne and coffee, our server was lovely and she made sure we was topped up with drink, the food was brilliant, each thing had great flavour and was nicely presented.

We shall be coming back. Also bought 2 chocolate bunnies for Easter.

An added bonus was that they had a chocolate fountain and had some strawberries and marshmallows.

Honestly, 5 star all round. The atmosphere and vibe is 10/10 for cosy and fun wholesome. The staff are really really friendly. The hot chocolate is superb!! Would highly recommend visiting, for all ages.

Had afternoon tea here with my sister Caroline, the food was absolutely amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and also explaining all the elements that made up the delicious afternoon tea. Everyone was lovely, friendly and attentive. A marvellous afternoon, we will definitely be back!!!
