We went with the Smart Marketing Group thanks to an extremely good salesman. When just about all of his promises never came to fruition he was already long gone.

This company simply cannot build websites. We ended up with a website that never worked and was eventually scrapped.

The last straw for us was some particularly terrible SEO work which of course all was outsourced.

Please only use this company for hospitality products and marketing which I'm sure they're at.

They ask for full payment upfront so they have you at an immediate disadvantage; any issues results in a prolonged fight to try and either recover the cost or to obtain fit for purpose goods as per your order
They are extremely poor on after sales service to the point of being obstructive and aggressive.
