Awful company.
Signed up to £70 a month for basic seo and website build.
After a year, seo wasn't doing anything and was advised by a family friend that the seo done was shocking so decided to cancel.
This is when we realised that we wouldn't own the website built until we had paid them for 4 years at £70 a month.
Let's not forget that that website was so basic, anyone could have made it. Simple drag and drop on elementor.
The only reason we went for the build and seo was for the seo.
So basically, they want £3360 to keep the website.
Shocker.
Also, lesley is rude, patronising and extremely irritating.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I was a bit hesitant about the whole pay monthly web design thing at first, but I'm glad I decided to give it a try with Website Group. Not only did I get a beautiful, fully-functional website, but I also had access to their SEO, which has helped improve my Google rankings. The Website Group team was always available to answer my questions and provide support whenever I needed it. I would definitely recommend them to any business looking for a professional and affordable web design solution.

Worst experience! The staff members who were working on our project from the Website Group were very unprofessional, gave misleading information, said they would have our website ready in 14 days yet over 3 months later, we were still waiting! We were required to make monthly payments & we did. At one point we paused the payment & got pestered, numerous phne calls, emails etc it was awful. In the end, we paid & for a service we were not receiving.

We then decided to move our business elsewhere. We even let them know a month before & got no response. Months later, we are recieving letters stating that we owe them hundreds of pounds! So inaccurate.

It is very rare we write a bad review, but this company are all talk and no action, emails were never responded to until 6pm the day after they were sent, I do not believe they done any work that should have been, when I asked for documentation, I received printed reports of the SEO system, the person who had to give the other pieces of work was off sick always excuses. this most certainly is one of the worst companies for SEO.
If you have money to throw away, with no results or fabricated ads as backlinks then this is the company you want, otherwose i would say stay well clear.

Shocking shocking customer service for their Anyimage product. Anyimage is an amazing tool, but all I have ever got when trying to get support from them is heartache. They NEVER respond to emails. I get responses via chat, but it's no good for technical issues - they say we'll pass to the tech team, but then I never hear back. I have needed them a couple of times in the last 4-5 years and they have been an absolute headache. Not a good way to treat a paying customer. Very very disappointed.

Be warned! you are LOCKED into a 12 month contract and it automatically rolls on when you come to your 1 year anniversary of purchasing web development services! THEY DONT TELL YOU THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND WHEN BROUGHT UP ON GETTING LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT AND THAT IT IS ROLLING CONTRACT THEY SAY ITS ON THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!! Support from their team is VERY LIMITED and they offer barely any support or knowledge on getting your website ranked on google. The customer support staff are very unproffesional. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES!!!!! If you are a small business look on fiverr for a web developer and SEO services in phillipines or india or other eastern country - much more bang for buck!!!! DONT BOTHER WITH THIS OUTFIT YOU WILL REGRET IT!
