Russell Pearce handled my order, and the customer service was utterly appalling.

Firstly, my entire order arrived in the wrong size—literally half the size of what I ordered:

Vinyl vehicle lettering – wrong size.
Ordered: 400mm wide
Received: 200mm wide

Vinyl sticker – wrong size.
Ordered: 300mm x 300mm
Received: 150mm x 150mm

The background color was incorrect, and the delivery address was different from what I specified in my order.

The way Russell Pearce spoke to me was unacceptable. He was blunt, brief, and unhelpful, and he didn’t answer my questions even after I asked multiple times.

My entire experience dealing with Russell was unpleasant. When I spoke to him on the phone about my incorrect order, he didn’t apologize even once for the inconvenience. His attitude was rude and extremely unprofessional.

I will never use this company again.

Very pleased with the two new magnet signs from The Sign Builder; they look great on the boat. I initially used them because I preferred the online design tool to their competitors. I will be using them again for some van signage.

Genuinely very disappointed with the magnetic van signs that I had purchased from this company, the product itself was ok but as for application I wouldn't recommend them, I had used my magnetic signs a few times always following the application instructions (clean dry surface, and add a little polish) and at slow speeds all seemed OK but the first time I used them at 60mph one detached from the van and was lost on a bypass! I have contacted the company about a replacement to which they generally implied I hadn't applied them correctly! Money well spent!

Very happy with the service. Good quality print and colours. Most importantly their website has a simple drag and drop option for designing your own signage. Very easy to use and saved me a lot of trouble when comparing with what other companies offer. The only downside in my case was that one of the signs was slightly damaged during delivery and I struggled to apply it correctly (hoping that it will not fall off when driving). Still will go back for my next purchase. Highly recommended!

A week ago, I had no idea how signage was applied to a van or who was the best supplier to use but had been told by people in the business it would cost around about £300. We decided to try thesignbuilder.co.uk and were pleasantly surprised that we could design our own text, use their huge selection of clipart, lay it out on a 'virtual van' using their online design studio, receive the finished decals and application tools within a couple of days and apply them ourselves thanks to their how-to videos, for just over 1/3 of the price we were quoted elsewhere. Brilliant! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Absolutely first class service and the best prices around!
