I have reported these guys to the TPS as they are nuisance callers. They call multiple times per week from different numbers each time even after asking to be removed from their list. They are absolute idiots because I’ve made it very clear that I have no business for them I don’t even own a timeshare. And yet they’re still calling me asking about it. Genuinely, one of the last companies I would ever deal with by choice.

Have asked probably 30 times now for these to stop calling me, told them nearly as many times that my husband is dead but apparently our details can’t be removed from their system, been told this countless times, and they still ask to speak to him - clearly GDPR doesn’t apply to them. Blocking the numbers doesn’t work as they just call from a different one. Don’t ever have anything to do with them or they will harass you for ever

PLEASE DON’T SHARE YOUR DETAILS with this company ! Utterly useless but scary how these guys can just carry on harassing by calling continuously. I have had at least 500 calls from them and for each number I block they use a new number . Nuisance is mild to describe them .

I only have 1 star as no negatives. We told them we didn’t have any money to pay lawyers. They said after a 2 hr appointment it would cost £5k just to terminate, more to claim. Now we can’t get rid of them. They are in violation of GDPR laws, we have asked them to remove us. Today a guy actually sniggered at me when I told him this. Do not go with this company they are beyond the moral compass!

Two big mistakes in my life 1] buying a timeshare and 2] making an enquiry with TAC. Little did I know that this would give me a lifetime of unwanted persistent phone calls. I contacted TAC around 6 years ago but after realising their legal fees would be more than the value of the timeshare, I did not proceed with anything. A couple of years later I started receiving the calls, in which they ask for me by name and they quote the details of the timeshare, TAC are the only organisation that I have given this info. The first time I told them I no longer have a timeshare, I was not interested in their services and to remove me from their records. They stopped ringing for a few weeks then it all started again. If they do not get an answer from my mobile they then ring my landline. Despite me blocking their number the landline will still ring. I had yet another call yesterday, [which I mistakenly answered believing their number was blocked] in which they claimed to have sent me an email, and for the umpteenth time I told them I was not interested and to remove my details from their records and not contact me again. I have now complained to TPS about them.

They have been told to stop calling as we haven’t had a timeshare but every week they call and get upset when I tell them again to stop. What a useless company they are _ avoid them at all costs. The staff are rude and obnoxious
Update - Just had the latest weekly call and they remain rude and obnoxious and don’t seem to understand that having not had a timeshare they are wasting their time.
Update - latest weekly call and yes they remain scammers and time wasters. You would think that maybe once in a while they would like to ring someone who owns a timeshare. Just had the second call for this week - they are excelling themselves the muppets

I have never had a timeshare and never will. Despite this, I regularly get calls from this company. Despite telling them to take my details off their system, they continue to call at least twice a week for the last couple of years.
