John has created a fantastic website for my business but what sets him apart in my opinion, is the customer service that he provides. It is fair to say that I am not the most IT savvy person however, John has been incredibly supportive and patient throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.

Having started at a company who's website was fantastically designed by Titanium Design and i have since been put in charge of updating said website with very little knowledge, it was great to have someone on the end of the phone or email that was willing to help me if even the slightest, stupid issue. It was also a great point that they came to my workplace and gave me a tutorial in simple English on how to update and maintain the site, something you wouldn't normally get with web developers. i have and will continue to recommend Titanium Design to anyone that needs a web page or graphic design.
