I don't work at titanium but my partner does, the team is awesome, people are so energetic it seems like they do everything with so much fun, it's totally different to other places I've seen. Everyone is very helpful even to people who are not their team members. Myself, I feel like I'm part of the team, because they all welcome me every day I come to see them as well as they invite me to official events like Raising Star Awards, which I have enjoyed a lot. Since my partner has started to work here I've noticed how he's changed, all the time he's so energetic, so positive, it's crazy but he has totally changed his life around. He is now a business minded person with a goal to reach and all in the space of 4 months.
Probably one of the best places to develop yourself.
Titanium gives you an opportunity in life to make something of yourself.

Titanium Marketing is a superb place to work. The opportunities it offers you are incredibly rare to come across, and the employees are fun, caring, and motivated. The pay is very good if you are willing to put the time in, listen to what experienced individuals tell you, and simply have fun whilst you're working! It's not often you come across a job where the employees are such a tight unit, it feels more like a family.
If you are motivated, hard working, and willing to learn, this job can be the first step in owning your own company within the space of a couple of years.

I've worked with Titanium Marketing twice now, first time round I was here for 5 months which were so much fun. I gained a great skill set that I'll never forget and will always be beneficial to me. I only worked briefly for the first time as I had already committed to my music pursuits, however, after leaving I missed the environment and the great earning potential so I spoke to the team and found a way to balance both. i have working at Titanium now for a few months, There is also a brilliant opportunity to make lots of money, get promotions, and help many great charities. If you are motivated, hard working, and looking for a challenge in life, then Titanium is the career for you. The negative is One day may be great the next your working for free not good if you have family as hours are 11am to 830pm and 9am to 530pm Saturday, Sunday is off, bond returns don't get paid and the website lies regarding having offices in Northern Ireland and Birmingham as they closed down.

I have worked with titanium for two summers now and my opinion has just gotten better! The working atmosphere is fantastic and the feeling of team is also very strong within the business. My self have never used the management structure due to my short stays with the company but it sounds like a fantastic opportunity for anyone that wishes to use. I would recommend anyone to come into the business as it has something for everyone! What I love the best is that I get to raise and a huge amount of money for charity! This year alone I have raises over £15,000 and yeah and that is just on my own!! Feeling of complete priced working here! I would say to anyone go and give it a go it will develop you as a person and you can help some fantastic causes. You get out what you put in, within the company put everything in you can go far!

I work with titanium and have done so for just over a year now. I really enjoy working with the management team and the rest of the team are awesome. There is a lot of hard work and enthusiasm that is being put into the company by all of us there. For the most part, all of the work done here is residential charity fund-raising.

Let me explain - the business provides and incredible environment in terms of work ethic. The general workplace atmosphere is great in the office for people who are impressionable and lack wisdom. Now let me be clear; Nick the MD is not unwise he is incredibly intuitive and clearly very clever - the problem is that this state can only be achieved through persistence and willingness to learn.

If however you are not suited to the position you will still be given the same advice, not to succeed but to feel you can and considering the business loses no money through employment this is great for them as even poor personal sales results will make them money.

YOU CAN GO FAR THROUGH THIS BUSINESS but you can equally go nowhere whilst being bled dry of funds for travel expenses. Wisdom is not needed at this job a level of ignorance and very American enthusiasm is also needed. The mornings are taken up with "Training" which consists of being spoken too and encouraged to make notes - most of which are unnecessary as it is down to the individual and their talents which training can tweak IF you already have the basic skill.

The work is also poorly paid, if you take into account the amount of hours you put in you get very little out but you are made to think that if you don't put the time in you won't succeed so you end up working 12 hours a day and at least 8 on Saturdays for a wage that isn't even guaranteed.

Promotions are easy to achieve initially giving people a sense of false confidence in the future this is how they keep you. There are financial incentives within the first month but YOU DO NOT RECIEVE THEM IF YOU LEAVE BEFORE THE FULL TIME PERIOD. There is a sad level of arrogance and emotional numbness in many of the staff, the valuation of the business over emotion is common which is healthy in those whom can succeed but since they seldom exist I imagine it can lead to many stressful situations.

All in all my review of Titanium marketing or Basically "APPCO" - a global sales and marketing company you will be a independent contractor for if you work at Titanium. The business is good for 1 in 2000 people the rest of them are just working towards ambitions that cannot be achieved, sadly however they are repeatedly told they can.

I have been working with Titanium for a total of 8 months and would never want another opportunity again. The environment is amazing and the chance for progression is better than anything I've ever found before. Its great chance to make great money and make great friends.
