Ideal location for our visit, staff really friendly.
Rooms bright and airy. Clean
Bath and shower
Highly recommend staying here, and I will stay again when in the area.
There are only two negative points that are that when you pull into services, there is little to no signage, and it is easy to miss the turning.
Secondly, the lighting is poor on entering the services area.

Stayed for the day during a trip to see friends then travel away.
Room we had was alright, same as most travel lodges but little outdated, no USB ports near the bed to charge phone.
Very little toilet roll provided and had to buy my own.
Was a key door compared to keycard scanner as well.
No on site cafe at this site but services across if needed on both east and west.

Can be a little noisy with the trucks but it is near a service station so to be expected.
Overall it’s not the worst places to stay, could just use a little upgrade and in some places and will definitely be better even if you’re just passing through.

This hotel was okay honestly The rooms are super clean and beds are comfy.
The reception is very small and there’s no ac (Air conditioning) also wifi is only 30 mins and when my phone was off the wifi was still on preventing to make it run out without using my phone.

It is really close to the Moro services with a costa, Burger King and plenty of ships and amenities also there is charging this was definitely a huge help.

This hotel is pretty good.

Recently had the pleasure of visiting Birch Services on both the eastbound and westbound sides of the M62, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by the entire team.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a genuine willingness to help.

JR Lisa, the housekeeping staff, and the maintenance crew all deserve special recognition for their outstanding work.

The facilities were spotless, well-maintained, and clearly a testament to their hard work and dedication

What truly impressed me was the noticeable difference in service compared to other locations, particularly Stockport Travelodge.

The staff at Birch Services were attentive, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Perhaps some of the staff from Birch should be given the opportunity to visit Stockport Travelodge and share their best practices.

It would be a fantastic learning experience for everyone Overall, I highly recommend Birch Services to anyone traveling on the M62.

The team there has set a new standard for motorway service areas, and I commend them for their commitment to excellence

Poor housekeeping numerous long hair in sink on desk and in bed not from myself i have shaved head less than half toilet roll one soap dispenser empty altogeather not good and not for the first time eastbound better

There is no lift to the first floor . Hence the place is not suitable for any disabled person if rooms are given on first floor ! It happened in my case ! Car parking is free .. there is no way to claim compensation for the hardship!

The rooms are clean and tidy and a good size. The staff was friendly and is 24,7 so it's good to know there is always someone you can talk to if needed.
