This is my local shop and I’ve always found the owners to be welcoming, pleasant, friendly. I send and receive all my parcels here and have never had any issues. It’s a great shop that also stocks must have items.

This is my local shop, All my parcels pick up and drop from this shop. I never had problem with this shop regarding parcel or customer servicing. they help in packing my parcel providing cello type as well. Excellent customer service, polite and helpful.

NEVER GO HERE FOR YOUR PARCELS!

The staff were SO RUDE! I was asking about my parcel that was delivered here, when asked the guy behind the counter was giving me attitude and began to be aggressive towards me and a little girl in the shops. Honestly worth just getting your packages delivered and dropped off else where.

Never had a problem with this shop, the previous owners and current owners always have provided excellent service. The new owners are always welcoming, and are really happy to help. Very polite and always ensure they greet me and my son. Really easy to send and collect parcels and touch wood always have what I need in the shop.i also like to add the shop is one of the cleanest I've been into.

The nicest shop around .staff are always smiling and have time to chat with you whenever you come shopping .you won't you find a more family friendly shop in the area .with parcels he has best parcel service for yodel to pick up and send in store

Listed as a Yodel drop off point but they refuse to take anything but very small parcels. Nothing on the Yodel site says there any restrictions for specific drop off points. If the shop can't do it properly, they should take themselves off Yodel.
