I found UK Digital on a search for a RF70-200 mm lens and called them to see if they had one in stock. I initially spoke to a lady and somewhat blatantly asked if they were a UK company or a drop shipper (gray market type of operation) she was very polite and told me that they were UK based. I check their location and was pleased to see that they were based less than an hours drive away so I asked if they would sell me the lens and if I could collect it. I spoke to Simon and Paul and then went next day to collect my SUPER AMAZING RF lens and have to say I couldn't be happier. I even part exes a lens on the spot and when I did not have the cap they said I could send it to them. Paul spent time having a chat and was not rushing me and now I have a go to place where I can pop in and pick up bits and bats and of course new gear. Will be buying another new toy when they release in March and will only go to these guys now. As for reading some of the negative reviews, I personally totally disagree with them . I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to come home and do this one. Thanks to you all, Ash

Ordered lens just after Christmas and was delighted to receive goods as promised within 3 days of dispatch. Parcel updated throughout and received in perfect condition in a well packed box with added bonus of free gift of a power bank. as I was outside UK, I paid VAT locally, but prices were still competitive and I would buy here again. Great variety, service and customer contact and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Brilliant company...I bought a Sony Mirrorless from them and they gave me lots of useful free gifts, were cheaper than big retail and it comes with a 5 year guarantee which even John Lewis couldn't come close to.

I then purchased a filter adapter which was significantly cheaper than even ebay and amazon.
