I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Uncrafted UK, and I must say that it has been an absolute nightmare. I waited patiently for over five months for the delivery, only to receive my order in multiple pieces, despite it being a significant purchase worth 700€. To make matters worse, there was no receipt included with the shipment, leaving me with no proof of purchase or any hope of refunding the items.

The lack of professionalism displayed by Uncrafted UK is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to return a product, but the company seems to disregard this basic principle. The absence of a refund option for a 700€ order is incredibly frustrating and highlights their complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

To add insult to injury, the quality of the products I received was abysmal. The zipper on one of the trousers broke after minimal use, which speaks volumes about the poor craftsmanship and low-quality materials used. Additionally, the white pants I ordered were stained everywhere after a single ride in the mud, further emphasizing the lack of durability and overall inferior quality of Uncrafted UK's products.

Communication with the company has been a complete disaster. Their unprofessionalism extends to their communication channels as well. I have experienced severe difficulties in trying to contact them regarding my order and the issues I encountered. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to address my concerns is both frustrating and disappointing.

What bothers me the most is the fact that I never received a receipt for my 700€ order. This not only raises concerns about the legitimacy of the transaction but also leaves me without any recourse in resolving the issues I've faced. It is utterly unprofessional and negligent on the part of Uncrafted UK to not provide such a basic document for a substantial purchase.

In conclusion, my experience with Uncrafted UK has been nothing short of a complete disaster. The 5-month delivery time, lack of receipt, inability to refund unused items, poor product quality, and abysmal communication all highlight their unprofessionalism. I strongly advise against doing business with Uncrafted UK unless you are prepared for a frustrating and disappointing ordeal. Save yourself the headache and seek out a more reputable and reliable retailer. At the beginning, I was convinced by the company, we initially agreed a small sponsoring but I have no benefits from it at all! It is really sad, would love to ride for Uncrafted but like this I can not!
