Clean environment and wide range of set ups, with good ambience, available reading resources and laptops for loan. Open lounges ideal for group teamwork, and private ones also to give privacy. Physical and digital book loans, magazines, journals, printers etc are also available.

If you want a quiet and a place to concentrate on studies, this is the best place. You can also book study rooms and access to the library and online library.

You can also borrow laptops and there are many desktops around to use.
This is the best place I love in the entire University.

You are greeted by a rude and snooty security guard demanding for ID or no entry. If you manage to get in, good luck finding anywhere to sit. There are usually students sitting all day playing on phones and laptops taking all the seats. All the private study rooms will be full and if you find an empty one after a few seconds you will be rudely removed by someone who will use the room to play video games. It’s supposed to be a library, why is it so noisy all the time?! The vending machines are usually broken. The café is the only saving grace of this place, staff actually understand customer service and are efficient my favourite café at the uni. Don’t eat in the LRC canteen area as it is usually packed and noisy.

Rude old security guard at the reception unwilling to help. I was just asking for an internet cable, but he immediately snubbed me off. Tried to tell him that I was told by the Oval reception that I can borrow one here and that some of my flatmates got one, but he didn't even allow me to talk. Then proceed to come up to me and intimidatingly say. "Should I write it down for you?!"

Non of the macs work properly!! They’re always switching off and won’t turn back on, the keyboards and mouses don’t work properly , and you can never get through to IT!
