My personal laptop was showing a blue screen error at random points during use. This made it difficult for me to carry out my daily business.

After trying different methods of fixing the issue to no success. I gave Henry an email who quickly gave me a call back and told that he would assess the issue in person. He even offered to pick my laptop up from my home for my convenience. Instead we scheduled a an appointment time where I decided I would drop the laptop off in person.

I decided to drop the laptop off at the shop as I was based not far from it's location. Henry is friendly and takes the time to listen to your concern and we agreed that he would need to take the laptop for an assessment.

I left the laptop with Henry for five days after which I contacted him via whatsapp and asked for an update. He informed me that my laptop may require a rebuild to which I agreed.

4 days later I contacted Henry again for an update and he responded with a price for the rebuild which was fair.

I collected my laptop the following day. On collection Henry guided me through the set up which was required following the rebuild and assisted me with restoring my Email set up as well as storage.

Almost one month on, I have not experienced a blue screen error and my laptop is functioning well.

I would recommend Henry's Laptops based on ease of communication and fast responses, good organisation, friendly and helpful service.

Took my old laptop to Henry, he was honest and straight forward and told me he couldn't fix it.
But he never charged me for the time he spent trying to diagnose the fault.
He promised that he would look out for a refurbished replacement. And within a week he kept his promise.
And wow what a replacement and at a very competitive price too, with a 12 month warranty thrown in. What more can you ask for?
No taking the money and not being able to repair, no pressure selling.

Henry was very helpful. I called up late after purchasing a new laptop and needed help moving my information across. Henry said to come over so he could look at the laptop to make sure it was right for me. After saying he would set up the new one the next day he was amazing and set it up there and then, staying later in the office than planned. 100% recommend Henry. Quick and efficient service from Henry. He was super busy but managed to get my laptop picked up the same day and had it back by the end of the week. He called to keep me updated throughout. Highly recommend! Called Henry yesterday morning to say my hard drive had crashed and I couldn’t get anything off my laptop (which I hadn’t backed up). Henry spent the day recovering data for me, rebuilding the broken laptop and sorted me out a great deal on a new one - which he dropped off at my house and sat with me to make sure everything was set up ready for me to go! Excellent service from an honest and genuine chap.

Henry helped replace the battery in my Alienware laptop (which if you have one; you will know they are a pain to replace parts for!). He just went in there, showed me what he was doing, explained it and also gave some good advice as well.

I'll be going back to him for upgrades in the New Year I'm sure, as it's hard to find someone who loves what they do and are so easy to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Always ready to help and advise, always goes the extra mile, I took my old tired laptop merely to be wiped and re set so I could go buy an expensive new one...Henry checked it over, convinced me my old one would be better than a new one. Two hours of magic later he was right....lightning fast and much easier to use. Thanks Henry, saved me a lot of money and gave some very useful advice too.
