UTTERLY USELESS. I've had a 30 second advert on a screen in my local leisure centre for nearly 2 years, it cost £1300 and ONE person has mentioned seeing it. There were originally 2 screens, one of which was situated by a busy cafe area. This soon vanished and my advert was only playing on one screen by the entrance where nobody would stop and watch it. For several weeks the screen was also switched off, and boxes would be piled up in front of it. I appreciate that this could be the fault of the leisure centre, but I paid Visualize so they should have some kind of check system in place. When I rang visualize to address the situation they were slow to respond, which resulted in me having to threaten legal action if they didn't get it sorted, as I was getting so frustrated. The rep quoted big footfall figures in the leisure centre, which initially sounds impressive until you realise it's just the same people coming and going to a greater extent. The artwork team were generally quick in getting back to me with any changes, but I soon gave up making any, as I thought what's the point. I honestly think that if I'd have withdrawn £1300 in ten pound notes, written my name and phone number on them, and handed them out to cyclists I would have had a far greater response. I agreed to this shortly after going into business on my own, and would now never pay for anything like this again. If you're a new business learn from my mistake! In my case, being a very small business I've found that word of mouth recommendations have been by far the most powerful form of advertising.

Great service. Less than a week after first speaking with Visulize UK my ad was designed and up and running. Artwork team are amazing – very responsive to any changes I asked for and the whole company responds quickly to any requests / queries. Highly recommended.

Wouldn't recommend, salesman on the phone quoted unrealistic figures for their advertising services just to get me booked in with a salesman in person. Salesman to pushy for my liking, wanted sale their and now. Costs not clear, no where near worth the money for what you get. Went to see advert and didn't pop up within five minutes of being in the local ice skating rink on the advertising TVs, basically had so many adverts to show before mine even appeared. Would never use again

Really impressed with the design of my advert, it actually looks like a TV ad. Plus my advert is looping every 15 mins, nearly 18 hours a day in a very busy leisure centre, 7 days a week. 500 Ads a week just on 1 screen and I'm on 3 screens. No brainer for £15 a week

Company doesn't respond to emails nor do they pick up the phone. I paid for an advert at Rufford Park that was to be setup in October 2018 and every time I did receive any info from them the person that was supposed to be erecting the screens was supposedly ill. Avoid this company, even if they do what they say they do they never get back to you anyway. I am now looking for legal assistance as I believe the company has breached their contract.

Very very disappointed. Mis-sold what we were getting for our money, told by management that 'its the leisure centers fault' and nothing more could be done... didn't go live when we were told it would.. no literature at display points, and found that monitors were off for a substantial amount of time and the lady that would have maintained them was off on maternity leave. absolute waste of money, advertise elsewhere as this just does not work.
