Fantastic cinema. All seats recline, which is nice. Very spacious inside and everywhere was down and tidy. Staff were friendly and the picture & sound in screen 5 was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Other people were sitting in our seats when we arrived - they refused to move even though I showed them our tickets. No staff were around to help. Now Vue are refusing to refund even though they have not provided the service paid for. I am speaking with our credit card company to get a refund. Avoid.

Always go here, lovely seats food and viewing experience. Wanted to shout-out the gent who served me and my partner today (beared man with tattoos) gave us extra straws as he knew the plastic ones would degrade and napkins with nachos (which I've never received at a cinema) it's the little things that count

Visited this cinema this morning for the 11:00 viewing of gladiator 2 and the screen was broken. Glaring bright white light on the screen ruining the opening of the movie and wasting an hour of my time. The manager only allowed the refund of my ticket and not the egregiously priced snacks (which I left because I didn't watch the movie)... What, they expect me to wander around Basingstoke with a giant Coke and a massive bag of popcorn!? What an absolute joke. I would highly recommend you do not visit this cinema, it is badly maintained and the manager clearly has no idea about customer service.

We had an issue booking the seats we wanted online, so we talked to Georgia at the counter and she was amazing. Very helpful and friendly!

As for the cinema itself, clean, spacious, good sound, great hot dogs (could've been a little bit warmer but tasted awesome).

Every seat is a recliner seat which is nice but then of course it's reflected in the price.
A conveniently located and nicely laid out place.
The guy who scanned out tickets for Beetlejuice yesterday was very warm and pleasant.
No queues at the snack counters.

Come here every so often and it's pretty good. We like the reclining seats and the cinema is normally pretty clean. The prices for food and drink are mental though. £12 for two large cokes is definitely a rip off.

Very comfortable seats, clean environment, great quality picture and audio. Convenient booking though couldn't find way to retrieve pre-booked ticket from the machine by scanning the supplied qr code. No Biggie, just had to type in the code directly.
23/4/23: now there is no longer a need to retrieve tickets; just show qr code from email or website to person at entrance. Simples!
