It was quiet when we were there but the cinema was nice enough, The staff were friendly if spread a bit thin. Prices are pretty good in comparison to most modern cinemas.

Cinema is nice, staff are friendly & seats are comfy.
However, why are the lights not off during the film? It was way too light inside the auditorium throughout the entire film & then the moment the actual film finished (not the credits) the full house lights were turned on making it difficult to read the credits etc....very annoying!!!

Tonight my family and friends went to go see the movie „diabeł „ that is rated 15 they asked for ID before we could say our food order and the women serving us was giving me and my family dirty looks and would refuse to take our order and when someone else took it we found pieces of hair in the cheese sauce. Wouldn’t recommend coming here to have a nice time I would rather go to Edinburgh and use more gas to have a more pleasant atmosphere and time then at vue Livingston

My partner and I went to see a movie late last night and we enjoyed ourselves immensely! The seats are comfortable and the theatre itself was clean as a whistle! A young woman named Rose not only checked on us to update us about our theatre while we waited for it to be ready, but made conversation with us! She was a highlight of the visit, and I look forward to coming back!

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I witnessed at Vue Cinema. I saw a staff member treat a family in a way that seemed both racist and deeply unprofessional. The family was simply trying to get a refund, but instead of helping them, the worker was very dismissive and used a lot of vulgar and racist language against them. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and disgusting, especially in a place meant to be welcoming to families. It was honestly heartbreaking to see this, me and my family will never come back here, absolutely shocking that I'm seeing this sort of behaviour in 2024.

Arrived at the cinema with my granddaughter I then realised I had left my phone at home, tickets on my phone, and did not have time to go back home to retrieve. Spoke to a lovely young man named John who reassured me that he could help, he found my booking online and printed off tickets he remained calm when I was panicking. I've been to that cinema for years and it never fails to amaze me, decent services and everything to make your day, honestly Vue will always be the best cinema in the UK.

Last night my partner and I went to go see Never Let Go. Even though it was late at night, the staff were lively and fun to chat to, especially Rose who gave us a good laugh! Can't recommend this place enough 🙂
