Overall, when all's said and done, and ignoring the fact that it's a big scruffy cube right on the seafront, it's a pretty good cinema. Admission prices are generally low, presumably compensated for by the comically high prices of confectionary, but the seats are comfy, sound and picture quality are consistently good, and just occasionally we get a non mainstream 'art-house' movie; not often, but it happens. Parking can be tricky mind. If I was rich, I'd offer to commission decorating the outside of the building. Any suggestions?

It was cheap... Only good thing to say.
We were sat in screen 3; the screen was a lot smaller than expected, the seats were uncomfortable & when you put your arm on the rest the cup holders were sharp & hard, no foot room at all so we kept needing to stand up and every time the film went quiet you either heard the film in the screen next door or the cars outside... Definitely needs modernising and upgrading.

I want to thank Jimmy at vue Paignton for all his help tonight. After a lovely evening watching Deadpool and wolverine film , I had a fall on our way out resulting in a bloody nose! A customer who I assume was a doctor stayed with me to ensure I was ok ! But Jimmy was very helpful . He deserves a massive thank you for his care above and beyond! ?

Easy to book online and tickets were automatically sent through to my phone. We were able to park along the promenade and the cinema staff were available and helpful. Booster seats were available for my little one, although they are pure plastic and offer no padding. Over half an hour of ads and trailers before the film actually started. Would be another star but the screen had some noticeable damage at the top.

Right by the beach so an excellent way to end your evening. Plus it's very cheap, they offer £4.99 seats* (there are options for seats going up to about £6) personally I found the back row of the £4.99 seats in screen 3 to be the best place to watch the film. There are plenty of cinema food options and toilets. Parking is not directly outside however there are multiple parking sites within a 5 minute walk.

*£4.99 is only available if you pre book online, prices start in the cinema at £5.99, and I'm unsure if the price changes during the summer.

friendly and helpful staff.Lots of people talking through the film which staff dealt with quickly and efficiently.A night out for a fiver,can't knock it.

Often too cold, though I think not as bad now as it used to be. Often way too loud as well! Poor selection of films much of the time (like now!) - not enough art-house or decent adult ones, too many horror or animated or kids' films. Get more choice in for adults please! But comfy seating and helpful, pleasant staff. And of course a great price.

Love going to the cinema. Very cheap which was good and the bass is absolutely amazing and will love it if your a fan of bass. Surround sound very good also. Does depend on who you got sitting behind you... kicking your chair over and over.? apart from that cinema was comfortable and an all round enjoyable experience.
