Left some important parcels early at the shop to go with royal mail parcelforce 48 that day. They didn't go that day, and when enquiring where they were (as they worryingly were not in parcelforces tracking system) they lied about them being picked up.
Parcelforce confirmed that they didn't get the parcels until the day after, causing issues with customers. Will not go back
